Position: Supply Chain Manager Responsible for location: Park Forest & Valparaiso Essential Functions: Responsible for design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities for the Agrati Park Forest, IL and Valparaiso, IN facilities. Teams with the plants to ensure customer needs are met. Maximizes efficiency and minimizes cost of the organization's supply chain. Is responsible for ensuring OTD and customer satisfaction. Owns the process post manufacturing through to customer delivery to ensure customer requirements are achieved. Specific Responsibilities Include: Own and deploy WMS/TMS strategy, including transportation optimization, milk-runs, and freight cost control Manage customer-specific OEM requirements (EDI, releases, cumulative management, premium freight) Drive supply chain digitalization, KPI automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Manufacturing Planning and Scheduling (3 rolling months) Machine capacity and headcount needed Make or buy analysis MRP/Kanban decision WIP and inventory management Machine and part number logistics parameters Subcontracting activity Procurement decisions; including tooling and inventory management Directs and leads the logistics and planning functions of the group Defines the objectives and standards for the group Implements and adherence to the global supply chain cost and action plans Manages the MMOG/LE system Leads internal/external audits Daily and monthly reporting of KPI’s and Balance Scorecard (BSC) information Collaborates with multiple-functional managers Ensures and implements best practices across locations ISO and IATF procedures followed Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Experience and Background: Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience.
