Maintenance Associate

Position Summary The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including cleaning, setting up, closing and maintaining facility to support the achievement of business goals and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Performing a wide range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning floors, windows, tables, chairs, and equipment in accordance with bakery cleaning procedures Assist team members with opening and closing duties. Performing required light maintenance, including but not limited to changing light bulbs, changing washers in faucets, and inspecting and cleaning grease Initiating set up of tables and chairs for various functions Assisting in an entire team effort Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards Reading and interpreting safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents Complying with safety regulations and maintaining the clean and orderly facility Performing other work-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Must be highly motivated and able to work independently Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Basic reading skills Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
