Today, banks in over 100 countries rely on Finacle to service more than a billion consumers and 1.3 billion accountsTo learn more about Finacle and see our ideas in action, please visit .ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director Business Development Manager will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scopeClient relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseClient delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 15+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceSignificant business development and project management experienceExperience in the relevant industry/vertical- Banking ITUnderstanding of Enterprise grade product deployment and implementation cycleStrong understanding of consumer and commercial bankingTrack record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contactsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceExperience working in a Product company or unit, and working alongside large services units or channel services partners in the Fintech and Financial Services sectorU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply, we are unable to sponsor at this timePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutionsGood understanding of industry-specific business issues and driversGlobal Delivery Model experienceExperience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teamsExperience collaborating within a Matrix organization
