Relationship Manager – Commercial BankingLocation: Laguna Niguel, CAFull-Time | 40 hours/weekCompensation:$125,000 – $185,000 per year, depending on experienceCommercial Relationship Manager A growing commercial bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and manage middle market business relationships throughout the South Orange County market.This role is focused on business development, portfolio management, and expanding commercial banking relationships across C&I lending, deposits, and treasury services.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients• Generate new business through prospecting and community involvement• Grow commercial loan and deposit relationships• Partner closely with credit and internal banking teams• Maintain strong client retention and service standards• Support overall branch and market growth initiativesIdeal Background:• 5+ years Commercial banking experience with a focus on C&I relationships• Strong business development and relationship management skills• Credit knowledge and ability to structure commercial lending opportunities• Experience working with privately held businesses and middle market clients• Established network within the local business community preferredCompensation:Competitive base salary + annual incentive opportunityTarget compensation range: approximately $125K–$185K depending on experience, production background, and market knowledge.
