As a Technical Assistant (TA), you play a key role in that mission. This unique role ensures patients have a smooth, positive experience while empowering sonographers to focus on delivering expert care. From prepping exam rooms to assisting with workflow and administrative tasks, you’ll help keep our clinics running seamlessly each day.
No prior healthcare experience? No problem!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Incorporate empathy and professionalism in your delivery of excellent patient care.
Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area
Call existing clinical sites to confirm the schedule the day prior.
Assist clinical staff by calling patients, front desk check-in and check-out, and rescheduling patients.
Prepare patients and exam rooms for ultrasound procedures.
Retrieve patient files and obtain medical information relevant to the ultrasound exam.
Escort patients and visitors to the exam room.
Collect height, weight, blood pressure, and other patient vitals.
Conduct patient intake questionnaire forms.
Assist medical professionals with patient examinations or procedures.
Assist in updating and archiving medical records and ultrasound images.
Clean ultrasound equipment and restock supplies as needed.
Other duties assigned by managers.

Have at least 1 year of work or leadership experience (preferred in customer service or healthcare)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
BONUS POINTS
Associate or bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in healthcare
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certified
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Bilingual: Spanish & English
RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS: Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
