Our mission is to improve lives through health and wellness while creating a welcoming environment that fosters a strong sense of belonging.The Member Services Associate serves as the face of the NAC, delivering world-class service and hospitality to our members and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient experience at all key member touchpoints-including check-in, service inquiries, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Warmly greet members and guests with a professional, positive attitudeProvide accurate, up-to-date information on NAC amenities, programs, and eventsRespond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteouslyHandle membership cancellations in person, over the phone, and via email; work to resolve concerns constructivelyActively listen to member needs and provide thoughtful, tailored responsesResolve member concerns by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and following through to resolution-escalating when necessaryPerform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and membership paperworkPromote NAC programs, services, and events to enhance the overall member experienceCollaborate across departments to maintain high levels of member satisfaction and consistent service deliveryEnforce club policies and ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and professionalConsistently represent NAC values of wellness, hospitality, and excellence in every interactionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience preferredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using computers and basic software applicationsDependable, punctual, and a strong team playerPassion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding servicePhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsOccasionally lift up to 25 lbs for light cleaning or event setupComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy fitness environmentPosition RequirementsMust have customer service experience Full-Time/Part-TimePart-Time EOE StatementWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
