This role calls for an individual with strong design sensibilities, a positive attitude, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to mission-driven work.You will play a key role in the design process, taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and consultants including MEP, structural, and civilManage projects from initial programming through final completionTechnical Design & DocumentationOversee development of construction documents and technical specificationsIntegrate building systems into cohesive design solutionsCode & Quality ControlConduct zoning, building code, and accessibility analysisPerform technical reviews to ensure quality and alignment with design intentSustainability & Performance IntegrationIncorporate advanced sustainable design strategies into projects and detailingConstruction AdministrationPerform site visits and review submittals, RFIs, and substitutionsResolve field issues and support construction progressMentorshipProvide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and emerging professionalsRequirementsEducationProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited programExperience6-8 years of professional architectural experienceTechnical SkillsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Lumion, Sefaira, or SketchUp is a plusSustainability FocusInterest in building science and high-performance designFamiliarity with Passive House, LEED, WELL, or similar frameworksLicensureArchitectural licensure preferredCommunicationStrong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and graphic communication abilities
