National Accounts Inside Sales Manager

We are growing and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our National Accounts Team.Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role will serve as a primary contact for national account customers while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to expand business.Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships Grow sales volume and revenue within existing accounts Prospect and develop new National Account opportunities Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and fleet requests quickly Deliver virtual product presentations and sales proposals Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunitiesQualifications 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience Strong communication and relationship building skills Proven track record of meeting sales goals CRM experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office High organized, selfmotivated, and results drivenPreferred Experience Fleet, automotive, industrial equipment, or EV sales Proven success working within dealer networks or distribution channels to drive sales growthCore Competencies People First Personality Consultative Selling Relationship Building and Retention Adaptability and Positive Energy Account Ownership Mindset Results and Revenue Growth Proactive Communication Collaborative TeamworkWhy Join Us?At Columbia Vehicle Group, you’ll join a growing and innovative company with more than 75 years of manufacturing excellence and a strong future in electric vehicle technology.
