Workforce Development & Client Services Specialist

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is hiring a Program Specialist for the PA BERKS County EARN program. In this full-time role you will develop relationships with employers, assess participants, enroll clients, and provide coaching to improve employment outcomes. You will conduct mock interviews, support resume development, coordinate job readiness activities, and document participant data. The position requires an associate degree and travel as needed.
