Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior engineers to implement front-end user interfaces and back-end APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure application experiences. The intern will assist with code reviews, debugging, testing, and documentation, while contributing to feature development aligned with client needs and internal product roadmaps. This role offers exposure to full-stack development workflows, agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration with consulting and product teams. The position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in modern application development within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.QualificationsFront-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Back-end web development capabilities, such as building APIs, working with server-side frameworks, and managing databases.Foundational software development knowledge, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging practices.Exposure to full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Interest in business optimization, consulting, and building scalable, user-centered digital solutions.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
