Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.Title: Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense/ General Liability/ Civil LitigationLocation: Atlanta, GAExperience and Skills:Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on civil litigation (General liability, premises liability, or trucking litigation)Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategiesAble to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation..What You’ll Need:Licensed to practise in Georgia. An additional license is a big plus.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $210,000 annually.
