Job OverviewEternal Jewelry is a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand looking for a results-driven Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid social advertising on TikTok and Instagram. This is a pure performance role: your job is to drive revenue, scale what works, and hit measurable targets.You are a media buyer at heart. You think in ROAS, CAC, and CPM. You know how to build campaigns from scratch, test creatives systematically, interpret data quickly, and scale budgets without letting efficiency slip. You will work directly with our social media manager who handles content creation, so you can stay focused on what you do best: running ads that convert.This role is fully remote. But you must be able to commute to our studio once a monthWhat You Will OwnFull ownership of paid social strategy and execution on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Instagram)Campaign buildout: audience segmentation, targeting strategy, funnel structure, and bid optimizationCreative briefing and direction in collaboration with our social media manager to ensure ad creatives are built to convertSystematic A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pagesBudget management and spend pacing to maximize return on ad spendScaling winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC thresholdsWeekly and monthly reporting on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, and revenue attributed to paidShopify and analytics integration to ensure accurate conversion tracking and attributionStaying current on TikTok and Meta algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform best practicesWhat Success Looks LikePaid campaigns consistently hitting or exceeding target ROAS within the first 60 daysA structured creative testing process that produces winning ad variants every monthCAC trending down over time as targeting and creative quality improveClean attribution and reporting that gives clear visibility into what is driving revenueRequired Skills and Qualifications4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record driving ecommerce salesTikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Instagram)Deep expertise in Strong command of ecommerce performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, LTV, and conversion rateExperience managing and scaling paid budgets for DTC or ecommerce brandsProficiency with Shopify and ecommerce conversion tracking and attribution toolsAbility to brief and direct creative strategy even if you are not producing content yourselfAnalytical mindset with the ability to pull insights from data and act on them quicklyComfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate research, reporting, and campaign workflowsSelf-directed and able to operate independently with minimal oversightExperience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle ecommerce is a strong plusIdeal CandidateA freelance media buyer or performance marketer who has scaled paid social for a DTC or ecommerce brandSomeone who is obsessed with the numbers and treats every dollar of ad spend as their ownComfortable working closely with a content creator and briefing them on what types of creatives are neededProactive about flagging what is and is not working and coming with recommendations, not just reportsLooking for a long-term engagement with a growing brand where results are recognized and rewardedHow to ApplyWe review case studies and results first.
