We know how to make things happen and know that our people are always the source of our success.Seasonal Member Care Representative (Remote)Work From HomeSeasonal (temporary) role ending 12/8/2026 or early 2027 (based on performance)This is not a typical customer service role.As a Member Care Representative at TRANZACT, you’ll support members—many over the age of 65—as they navigate important and sometimes stressful health insurance decisions.If you’re someone who is patient, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in guiding people through complex information with care and accuracy, this role may be a strong fit.What You’ll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutesHelp members understand and confirm insurance application detailsCommunicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately—especially with older adultsFollow required scripts and compliance guidelines while sounding conversationalProtect sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) at all timesTake ownership of each interaction to ensure members fully understand next stepsWhat This Role RequiresComfort supporting customers who may feel anxious or confusedEmpathy, patience, and professionalism throughout long or consecutive callsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to learn quickly and adapt to structured tools and systemsIntegrity and respect for confidentialitySchedule & Work Environment Full‑time, 8‑hour shiftsShifts between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm ETYour most likely shift will be 12p-8:30pm ESTWeekend availability required (you will be working at least one weekend day)100% remote with a private, quiet workspaceHard‑wired high‑speed internet requiredWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of customer service experience (phone‑based preferred)Clear and professional phone communication skillsComfort using multiple computer systemsAbility to stay focused and engaged during high call volumeEnglish and Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.👉 If you want meaningful seasonal work where your care and accuracy truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.TRANZACT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
