Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 7 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RRT or RN - Texas (Uvalde) Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Uvalde & Del Rio, Texas (onsite) Contract Duration: PERM Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Overview Seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve the Uvalde and Del Rio communities in Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide hands-on patient care outside traditional clinical settings, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. In this role, you'll deliver in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support using ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced medical equipment, working with clinical autonomy and patient-centered care. Work Environment This role involves in-home patient visits across Uvalde and Del Rio, combining clinical assessment, patient education, and equipment management. You'll work with significant autonomy, collaborating with physicians and care teams while maintaining flexibility and independence in your daily responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments Provide clinical education on respiratory equipment Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Provide ongoing patient phone support Potentially support other locations as needed Participate in home visits using personal vehicle Qualifications Required: Preferred: Physical Demands Active RT or RN licensure in Texas Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift patient equipment (65 lbs) Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexibility to travel between service locations 1 years clinical experience Home healthcare background Respiratory therapy or nursing degree Familiarity with medical equipment Lift and transport patient equipment (minimum 65 lbs) Driving between patient locations Sitting, standing, walking Close vision for documentation Comply with N95 mask fit testing requirements
