Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

About the Role Join Dynamics eShop as an Entry-Level Pre-Sales Engineer and help shape the future of eCommerce and paymets for businesses using Microsoft Dynamics ERP. You’ll support our sales team by translating customer needs into technical solutions, showcasing our platform’s capabilities, and learning the ropes of solution engineering in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Client Discovery Assist in gathering client requirements and understanding their eCommerce goals, ERP setup, and integration needs. Product Demonstrations Support senior engineers in delivering demos of Dynamics eShop’s platform, highlighting features like real-time inventory sync, customer portals, and payment integrations. Technical Documentation Help prepare solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and proposal materials tailored to client use cases. Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and platform capabilities. Learning & Development Participate in training sessions to build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, eCommerce platforms, and integration technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, nopCommerce and basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn technical concepts. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a client-facing environment.
