About Our Client:The organization operates in the construction industry in eastern North Carolina, serving as a long-standing provider of quality workmanship and reliable service since 1969. It addresses the challenge of managing complex project data to support construction operations.About the Opportunity:The Remote Data Entry 2 is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical project data by managing large volumes of information remotely. This role supports operational success by maintaining databases and producing reports that inform strategic decisions.Responsibilities:Accurately input, update, and manage data related to construction projects, including budgets, schedules, materials, and labor records.Perform database maintenance, data cleansing, and verification to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for project managers and senior leadership.Analyze data to identify and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with relevant departments.Work with project teams to collect and synthesize project information promptly.Support development and implementation of processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.Maintain confidentiality of all company, client, and project information.Requirements:Proven experience in data entry or data management handling complex datasets.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).Familiarity with database management systems or ERP software; construction industry experience preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $85,000 - $145,650 USD per annum.Benefits & Perks:Fully remote working arrangement.Equal Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
