Showroom Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for interior design and a background in the flooring industry—specifically with tile and marble—we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, helping customers turn their renovation visions into reality. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in clients, answer inquiries, and schedule design appointments. Product Presentation: Educate customers on our range of products, including the benefits and applications of various tiles, marbles, and flooring materials. Showroom Management: Keep the showroom looking sharp by updating pricing displays and ensuring all products are correctly labeled. Sample Logistics: Manage the "in and out" of samples, ensuring clients have what they need for home viewing and that our library stays organized. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest flooring trends, technical specifications, and installation requirements. Requirements Experience: Previous sales experience specifically within the flooring, tile, or stone industry is highly preferred. Communication: Strong verbal skills with the ability to explain technical product details to non-experts. Organization: Ability to manage multiple walk-ins while keeping track of samples and appointments. Professionalism: A polished appearance and a helpful, "can-do" attitude. Why Join Us?
