DescriptionSUMMARYAs a ATM Projects Coordinator on the Operations team will be a key player in our company responsible for the coordination of all ATM Projects such as: placement, movement, removal, and as needed compliance requirements. The role will require diligent follow up on service tickets, emails, and web based communication. In addition, there will be a constant need to interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers of all demographics and professional levels.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily customer service follow upProvides updates, escalates, and issues resolutionsProcess service requests and maintains accurate customer service recordsMonitor project budget and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within its financial limits.Assist with all aspects of project administrative management Collaborate with key departments and vendors to understand strategic direction changes and adjust accordinglyUtilize all data and tools available to schedule and coordinate special projects relating to ATM clientsData Entry Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsProvide ad-hoc reporting and operational floor support as neededAdditional duties as assigned by ManagerRequirementsREQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2+ years experience in customer service or office administrative assistantExperience in call center and/or dispatch coordinator a plusMust have data entry experienceProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word), with Google Suites experience preferred (Gmail, Google Docs, Sharepoint)Strong individual initiative, yet highly team-orientedStrong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Forward thinking, with ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic business environment
