Together, we can make a profound difference in the lives of those we serve!ResponsibilitiesThis position will work primarily with adult patients with co-occurring disorders.Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesCollaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment teamAssess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for patients of PrairieCareProvide a comprehensive range of therapy services to patients and familiesProvide individual and family psychotherapy, facilitate process groupsCoordinate care with providers or other caregivers external to the treatment team upon admission and discharge, as relevant and appropriateLend your therapy expertise to the treatment team and across the organization, as desired and as appropriateSupport other therapists and associate therapists as needed. Participate in case conferences and treatment team roundsPotentially supervise Master's level family therapy, counseling, or social work associate therapists or interns (based on qualifications)QualificationsMaster’s degree in social sciences. Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (LP). Will consider those with junior licenses (LAMFT, LGSW, LPC) who can demonstrate readiness to sit for licensure exam within 3 months of hire. LADC licensure requiredExperience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred but not required; we provide extensive training as neededStated desire to work with children, adolescents, adults (as applicable to role) and familiesAbility to maintain required malpractice insuranceAbility to effectively, professionally, and efficiently communicate in written and verbal formPay range for the independently licensed position is $80,000 to $101,000 annually and for the Associate level therapist it is $30 to $33 depending on education, licensure, and experience.We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
