Your roleYour mission as the Open-Clean-Close Lead Mechanic is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.You willHave technical expertise with the following: pipe fitting skills; mechanical fasteners, hand tools; portable power tools; welding, and blueprint readingLead, mentor, and support OCC mechanics by providing day-to-day direction, technical guidance, and hands-on trainingChampion a strong safety culture by ensuring full compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsLead by example in the proper use of PPE, safe equipment handling, and adherence to all workshop protocolsAssign and prioritiez daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completionAct as the primary point of contact on the floor, escalating issues and coordinating with supervisors and cross-functional teamsMonitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards, identifying and correcting issues proactivelyFoster a positive team environment focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvementTo succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
