You'll manage a variety of tasks that help ensure our teams stay organized, informed, and equipped to succeed. You will be responsible for: Coordinating office administration activities including mail handling, meeting scheduling, event planning, and supply ordering Supporting contract administration and procurement, including vendor evaluation, cost tracking, and discount management Participating in budgeting and forecasting, including invoice processing, accruals, budget reviews, and financial reporting Monitoring and managing inventory levels, safety stock, and supply turnover to optimize holding costs Responding to internal and external customer requests with professionalism and efficiency Compiling and analyzing reports and data from multiple sources to support decision-making Reviewing and resolving discrepancies in cost responsibility reports Coordinating building maintenance needs such as landscaping, snow removal, and vendor communication Managing fleet logistics, including vehicle orders, dealership coordination, and repair tracking Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and operations What You'll Bring: Required: High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of six (6) months of experience in office administration or clerical support Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a team-oriented environment A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams Why Choose Williams?
