Senior Engineer - Full stack developer

Conduct code reviews, providing feedback to improve team efficiency and maintain quality coding standardsIntegrate Gen AI Innovations: Incorporate generative AI into our agency management software, boosting usability and efficiency to create intuitive experiences that users love.Encourage exploration of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continually enhance our platform for better user outcomes.Ensure Lasting Quality: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold high standards of software reliability.Are excited to touch every layer of the stack and see how software and infrastructure fit together end-to-end.Travel Requirements~ Travel 5-10%, including overnight travel, domestic & abroad (US and other delivery locations)4-8 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks~ Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue~ Proficiency with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python (Go experience strongly preferred)~ Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MongoDB~ Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools~ Experience with high-performance SaaS solutions built on microservices and serverless architectures~ Flexible, team player~ The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-160,000/yr, not including variable compensation.
