Job DescriptionGENERAL JOB SUMMARY:Kratos SRE is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Accounts Payable team during the summer months and potentially longer. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will assist with various tasks and projects while learning about our operations, industry practices, and organizational culture.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:ResponsibilitiesProvide operations supportAssist with project tasks as assignedMaintain and organize files, documents, or dataSupport team members with daily activitiesPerform light physical tasksFollow company procedures and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No supervisory responsibilities.Experience And SkillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently as part of a teamWORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Work Environment & ConditionsThis position involves work in an office and laboratory environment and could require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including:Safety glassesHearing protection (varies based on tasks)Shoe coversPhysical DemandsIn performing the work for this position, you must be able to:Perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.Sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area.
