Cashier/Stock Associate

Muckey's Liquors is a family owned and run small business. It is one of the largest retail liquor stores in the area and is very fast paced. We sell liquor, beer, wine, tobacco products, lottery tickets, soda and snacks. We also have a Propane filling station and a full service Redemption Center, which ensures we are always busy. Cashier Duties include but are not limited to: Report to work looking professional as you represent the integrity of the store. Accurately enter items into POS systems (cash register), apply correct discounts if applicable, count change accurately back to the customer, ensure the transaction is complete before allowing customer to leave store with product. Lottery Operations including Machine operation, sales, paid outs, paperwork, book activation, filling Instant Lottery slots Monitor stock levels on shelves and behind counter Maintain cooler stock Keep store looking presentable Customer service Answer phone/questions Provide customer assistance Properly checking ID’s Opening and Closing responsibilities Keep work areas clean Put up stock on shelves SMILE! :) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Application Question(s): How many hours per week are you available to work?
