At Citi, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact.Job OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager at the Director level to lead transformation in Middle Office within Investor Services.The Transformation Lead - Director is a key role managing within the Middle Office team who broadly set the strategy and provide direction, leadership, and budgetary management for the products. This role will support the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating business lines through product life cycles working with the broader Fund Services Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage and facilitate the planning, development and execution of the Middle Office Product roadmap, focused on operating models, platform redesign, data management, Agentic AI capabilities, vendors, and client needs.The manager will partner with tech and operations to execute the book of work while reporting program updates and ensuring the financial discipline of the business and book of work always aligns to the approved budgets. You will assist with appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.ResponsibilitiesOwn, lead, deliver and manage strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and internal / external marketing to gain maximum benefit from each productOwnership as well as the management, Performance, and Risk related to product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business resultsOwn client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutionsExecute on and oversee product development in and exaction in agile frameworkDeploy cutting edge technology using various AI frameworks to speed time to market and create operating efficiencyQualifications10+ years of relevant experience in delivering complex data rich tech transformation3-5+ years of managerial experienceDeep Expertise in Middle Office services and Investment OperationsExtensive working knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS)Proven experience implementing AI and ML automation for efficiency and new product capabilitiesBackground in digital assets, DLT based trading strategies and crypto currency administration is a benefitProven record in data integration and client delivery strategyBackground in supporting Asset Manager operationsUnderstanding of trade management and settlement servicingExperience with account, fund and asset performance and client reportingTechnical knowledge of IBOR and ABOR management / oversightAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsProven influence management capabilities to drive delivery across all stakeholders (Ops, Tech, controls, compliance, legal, procurement, risk, finance)Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentEducationBachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceFinancial Engineering background a plusMBA or Master's degreeCFA Preferred
