About The Role (Job Purpose)We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional programs across our GPU infrastructure stack. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can break down complex technical challenges, and drives execution from concept through delivery.What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Own end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure programs (e.g., power management, provisioning systems, firmware lifecycle, telemetry/monitoring, infrastructure APIs)Translate high-level goals into clear program plans, technical requirements, and execution strategiesDrive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teamsFacilitate technical decision-making and ensure trade-offs are well understood and documentedTrack execution, manage risks, and ensure timely deliveryImprove program management processes and documentation standardsAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)3–6 years of experience in technical program management or a similar roleStrong understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, or hardware-adjacent systemsExperience working with engineering teams on complex technical projectsExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situationsThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
