Document Control Coordinator12 Month ContractMason, OH (Hybrid - Part Time) Document Control Coordinator ResponsibilitiesPublish documents and other specification documents according to establish process and applicable electronic publishing standards.Perform document quality control checks promptly communicating irregularities in documents and coordinating issue resolution.Provide day-to-day department support activities as necessary to aid completion of documents.Provide support for Packaging Engineers in various systems particularly specifications and standards.Create and modify specifications and standards as directed/ needed.Track changes and develop system for department reporting; Support conversion of documents into new products and Packaging Art Work Change Management (ePADEx system); SAP support.Develop understanding and maintain knowledge of appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, policies, and regulatory guidance documents; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assignedDocument Control Coordinator Qualifications: Originator credentials in the Enovia environment. This person must be trained and experienced in originating Packaging specifications in the Enovia Digital System.The person does not need to have a 4 year degree, but must have at least 1 year experience in originating packaging specifications.Prefer familiarity with the company's daily work systems and lab testing. (SMART clearances, ILST digitization, label/artwork, packaging lab work as needed)Strong Office Software skills: Word, Excel, TOPS, PowerPointMust be familiar with general office practices.Have knowledge and ability to type documents quickly in an acceptable business style using the computer. Should have the ability to perform various word processing functions, such as creating, formatting, revising, retrieving and storing documents. Have math and typing aptitude. Possess good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.Have ability to work quickly and accurately while performing repetitive tasksMust be detail-orientedGood communication and organization skillsCan manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects/ can flow to the workCan liaise with Art, SGS, Regulatory, QA, and MPD resources that are assigned to same project#INDGBHunter International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
