Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisory Designated Broker role located in Arizona, United States. The Supervisory Designated Broker will oversee all real estate transactions, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide leadership to a team of real estate professionals. Responsibilities include managing contracts, supervising agents, resolving disputes, conducting training sessions, ensuring adherence to brokerage policies, and maintaining a high standard of service for clients. Proactive communication with team members and clients, along with fostering a positive and professional company culture, will be integral to this role.
