Surveyor
Responsible for site surveying and treatment plant site layout. Provides technical information to the site superintendent to ensure compliance with all drawings and specifications. Establish exterior-interior grade and working lines for contractors or crafts. Assist in the evaluation of potential dimensions and other field problems, referring them to the Project Engineer. Duties of a Surveyor: Organization. Maintain equipment calibration. Adhere to schedule given by Superintendent and Foreman. Keep all drawings and RFIs updated (office and field sets)Leadership. Work closely with Superintendent and Foreman to coordinate job layout. Must work with and train rodmen. Assist subcontractors with layout drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors on layout needs. Adhere to safety policies and identify violations Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of related education or equivalent surveyor experience preferred.
