Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and engagement strategies and maintain the IC Campus concept. Provide overall internal leadership and organization to the contractor staffed management team. Drive a cohesive vision across teams, provide customer-centric input on priorities, communicate status and updates, and create clarity on objectives to be delivered. Define what success looks like, how it is measured, and how it is achieved. Define objectives and key results and execute plans for improving key results. Identify opportunities for improvement, rapidly test hypotheses, integrate feedback from key stakeholders and help improve processes with others.Responsibilities:Evaluate programs performance across the organization and make comprehensive recommendations to the Government (SIO)Provide expertise and advice to plan, manage, and execute programs and projectsProvide the Government (SIO) advance and objective insight into program issues, execution risks, and corrective actionsDraft, review, and, after Government approval, publish program reports required by statutes and regulationsParticipate in program management and business management reviews and provide feedback to the GovernmentSupport programmatic activities with development contractorsReview and revise management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practicesDevelop and plan tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities consistent with NGA program and financial management policies and plansReview and assess working documentation and changesParticipate in NGA planning activities with Mission Partners, and development contractor sponsored Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groupsDevelop and update program business plans, advocacy briefings, and program schedules in accordance with agency policyDevelop and coordinate Program Plans and program approval documentationThe Contractor shall provide key and independent advice to Director of SIO and other senior NGA leadership and organizational teamsProvide executive-level facilities planning, operations, design, construction management, strategic planning, control, coordination, space management and program management expertise, counsel and advice for the development and execution of comprehensive facilities operations plans and programsProvide situational awareness, independent assessments, and recommendations regarding employment of tactics and strategies for full spectrum, cradle-to-grave facilities operationsSupport the development and implementation of managerial guidance, technical direction, and acquisition strategies and solutions to swiftly resolve complex facilities challengesWork with SIO leadership and task leads to ensure the establishment of sound operational business practices that yield quality results, remain within budgetary constraints, and meet targeted deadlinesLead/assist with completion of intra-NGA and/or inter-IC needs assessments and identify solutions that mitigate and/or manage anticipated or unknown risksResearch and develop courses of action, assess risks and opportunities, estimate resource requirements and recommend solutions regarding strategic facilities management issues and tasksAssist with critical assessment, development, and execution of improvements to govern NGA corporate and site-specific facilities operations plans that reflect best industry practices and assure continuity of operations and mission assurance at all NGA sitesDirect research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes to ensure NGA full mission capability in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic operational environmentProducts include written and oral reports, comprehensive studies, and/or executive level engagements and presentations for both intra-NGA and higher-level recipients and audiencesRequired/Desired Skills and Experience:Active TS/SCI Security Clearance20+ years of total experience and 15+ years of specialized expertise to perform highly complex and ambiguous assignmentsNote: Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience, and years of experience may be substituted for academic degrees, see the conversion below:2 years of school = 1 year of experience2 years of experience = 1 year of schoolDemonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiencesDemonstrated experience providing strategic level advice in a team environmentDemonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites such as MS TeamsDemonstrated experience assessing metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic decisionsBenefits:Healthcare, Vision, and Dental Insurance20 Days of Paid Leave401K MatchingTraining/Certification ReimbursementBereavement PayShort term/long term disabilityPaid Parental/Maternity LeaveLife InsurancePaid Military LeaveSTEMBoard is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
