Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative leadership, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with licensing and quality standards. The program serves adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the clinical team.Assist in program oversight and compliance.Provide crisis management and share on-call responsibilities.Facilitate therapeutic interventions and groups.Ensure quality clinical treatment and documentation.Oversee medication management and resident assessments.Qualifications:Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD/PsyD) with an advanced degree.2+ years of experience in mental health and substance recovery treatment.2+ years of supervisory experience in a therapeutic program.Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.Pass background checks and meet community care licensing criteria.Skills & Abilities:Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage crisis situations and de-escalate effectively.Proficient in documentation standards and computer skills.Commitment to harm reduction and recovery principles.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
