Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

RA2:JOB SUMMARY::A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) partnering with Radiant will work with Skilled Nursing facilities. This role is responsible for the daily clinical care needs of the residents.:RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories* Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options* A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and communicate changes of condition to provider* Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs* Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.* As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you would communicate resident condition to family, and or responsible party members* Implement and follow Primary Care Providers orders* Other Duties as AssignedREQUIREMENTS:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the State or practice:BENEFITS:* Birthday/Holiday Pay* Uniform Provided* Bonuses* 401K* PTO Accrual
