Management Associate
MPS Group, Inc. is seeking a Management Associate to join our team at our Headquarters located in Farmington Hills, MI. This individual will participate in a rotational apprenticeship program designed to develop future leaders by providing hands‑on experience across multiple departments. The Management Associate will learn the full scope of operational, regulatory, financial, and project‑based functions and support organizational success through cross‑functional training.Responsibilities And Job Duties Participate in a structured rotation program spanning Regulatory Training, Field Operations, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Safety. Complete all ESG Health & Safety (H&S) modules as assigned. Review MPS Group, Inc., incident reporting procedures, including incident definitions and reporting requirements. Complete RCRA, DOT, and HAZWOPER 8‑hour or 40‑hour training as required. Engage in all assigned BizLibrary training modules. Collaborate with Technicians on all field activities to gain boots‑on‑the‑ground experience. Work with CRM staff on customer and program activity to understand client and system workflows. Support the Engine Project Manager and GA Project Manager with daily project activities, scheduling, and documentation. Coordinate with Project Managers across departments to learn project planning, execution, reporting, and client support. Assist with compliance-related tasks, documentation, and department-specific reporting. Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain a full understanding of organizational processes and performance metrics. Requirements And Qualifications A bachelor’s degree. Knowledge or exposure to business operations, regulatory compliance, project support, or related functional areas. Ability and willingness to complete RCRA, DOT, HAZWOPER, and all required corporate training. Able to lift 25–30 lbs. and participate in field work as needed. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass a drug test. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to environmental services or industrial operations. Experience with project coordination or customer service. Prior internship or apprenticeship experience. OSHA-related coursework.
