Program Manager Tech 4

Our client, a leading organization in the data center and supply chain industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 4, you will be part of the supply chain support team focused on data center build initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Program Manager Tech 4Location: Remote (preference for candidates able to work West Coast hours)Pay Range: $61/hr to $65/hr on W2What's the Job?Lead end-to-end procurement processes for Long Lead Equipment, including RFP, award, and contract execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical design, scope, and schedule for data center construction projects. Manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure timely project delivery. Identify and mitigate risks through active schedule management and dependency tracking. Drive business development efforts to operationalize new procurement strategies and initiatives. What's Needed?8–10+ years of program management experience, with a proven ability to lead new or undefined initiatives. Engineering background (electrical or mechanical) with commercial experience preferred. Demonstrated negotiation and procurement experience. Ability to work independently, think critically, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Strong communication skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
