Construction Helper

SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Responsibilities: The Construction Helper will be responsible for delivering materials to job sites as well as assisting the construction manager with basic renovation tasks. Daily responsibilities include: Visit job sites with the construction manager to understand the list of materials needed for jobs Assist the construction manager with prepping job sites before renovations begin Pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites Provide status updates on material deliveries to the construction manager and construction crews Perform basic renovation tasks Other duties as assigned Qualifications: General knowledge of construction and supplies Ability to lift and carry supplies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
