ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Previous cleaning experience in a work setting. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc - normal job requirements for cleaning. Strong and detailed work ethic. Ability to work in a team or independently. Able to shovel snow in the winter months.
