This highly visible role will partner across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to enhance global reporting, financial analytics, and performance insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial finance background (Big4 start), experience within complex global organizations, and the ability to drive reporting improvements in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead global financial and operational reporting across global business unitsPartner with Commercial Finance, FP&A, and leadership teams to deliver actionable business insightsDevelop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools focused on profitability and performance trendsImprove reporting consistency, data governance, and financial transparency across the organizationSupport finance transformation initiatives, reporting automation, and process improvementsCollaborate with finance and technology teams to optimize ERP, EPM, and BI reporting capabilitiesLead and mentor a high-performing finance and analytics teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting leadership experience, Big4 public accounting startStrong commercial finance and business partnering background requiredExperience within large, global, or multi-entity organizations requiredStrong understanding of financial systems, reporting tools, and analytics platformsProven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
