Operational Analyst

Job Title: Operational Analyst Location: Hybrid in Sheffield Salary: £26,208 p.a. Salary will increase from 1 April to meet the Real Living Wage of £27,976. Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role. Role Summary We're looking for an Operational Analyst to support data-driven demand forecasting and capacity planning. You'll manage key data sources, produce performance insights, and work closely with teams across the business to help improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
