With a global presence, multiple delivery centers, and a large workforce, the organization delivers measurable business impact through intelligent, human-led solutions.About the OpportunityThe Client Service Representative - Operations supports clinical and administrative call intake while ensuring high-quality service for healthcare providers and internal teams. This role contributes to clinical review operations by maintaining accurate data, providing telephonic support, and assisting with quality initiatives. The position requires strict adherence to confidentiality, regulatory requirements, and performance standards.Responsibilities• Conduct administrative and scripted clinical intake calls for clinical review• Deliver professional customer service to providers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality• Collect and enter confidential information while maintaining strict confidentiality• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry• Provide ongoing telephonic support related to the clinical review process• Provide administrative assistance to the Clinical Review Department as needed• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects• Meet performance standards for talk time, quality, schedule adherence, and other key indicators• Comply with HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and applicable accreditation standards• Perform additional duties and projects as assignedRequirements• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare customer service or call center experience• Ability to connect a hardwired internet connection to provided computer equipment• Minimum internet speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download• Ability to follow and adapt to strict work schedules• Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace• Ability to read and understand clinical terminology proficiently• Experience working in a fast-paced inbound call center preferred• Previous healthcare industry experience preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Windows• Ability to work with dual monitors and navigate multiple software applications• Strong time-management and communication skills• Ability to wear a headset and communicate verbally for extended periodsPay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary of $33,280 annually ($16.00 per hour)• Eligibility for performance-based bonuses or incentivesEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
