Looking to take the lead on large-scale educational builds from concept through completion?PMCS Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager / Owner's Authorized Representative I (OAR I). In this role, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end-covering planning, procurement, construction, and final close-out. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and public sector stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with District expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle: pre-construction, bidding, construction, and close-outReview pre-construction documentation and provide informed feedbackProduce and present regular progress updates to senior leadershipLiaise with public agencies to maintain compliance across all phasesTrack budgets and timelines, ensuring accurate monthly reportingMonitor on-site contractor performance and review construction schedulesAddress contractor queries and manage change orders and submittalsOversee payments and ensure contractual compliance across all partiesCoordinate the delivery and installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E)Manage project certification and financial close-out with the Division of the State Architect (DSA)The CompanyAt PMCS Group, Inc., we combine over 70 years of collective experience with a team of 130+ professionals across construction, engineering, architecture, and inspection.
