We are searching for a candidate who is:Passionate about building a skillset in baking and pastry applicationsSelf-motivated and possesses a strong work ethicOrganized and time management focusedCoachable and receptive to feedback A great team playerROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute high-quality ice cream/sorbet production standards while meeting heavy volume demands and seasonal parsManufacture multiple retail products including sandwich cookies, ice cream cake assembly, and various toppingsMaintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the facility to meet or exceed food safety requirements as established by local and state health departments and industry best practicesTrack product and ingredient waste, follows correct recipe measurements to ensure sustainable food costsParticipate in and contribute to regular staff meetingsThis list is generally descriptive and is not entirely inclusive.
