Be a part of our dynamic team and take your career to the next level with Pandya Medical Center!Pandya Medical Center is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for our Dawsonville location.Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm, no weekends.Job duties are as follows: Escort patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patient’s chart Perform EKG's as necessary Assist Provider in exam rooms during exam and procedures Ensure all related reports, labs and information is filed is available in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls Triage and process messages from patients and front office staff to Providers Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.) All other duties as assigned by Clinical lead or Office ManagerSkills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, Providers, and staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong documentation and data entry accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Critical thinking and sound judgment within scope of practice. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care. Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing clinical needs.
