It addresses challenges in health equity and aims to support communities through technology-driven solutions that enable safer, more effective, and more accessible healthcare.About the OpportunityThe Information Security Governance Operations Support Analyst supports security governance and operational controls related to artificial intelligence technologies. This role helps ensure AI solutions comply with established security standards, supports policy enforcement, monitors risks, and coordinates issue resolution. The position contributes to safe, secure, and compliant AI adoption across the enterprise.Responsibilities• Monitor AI solution registration, ownership, lifecycle status, and approved-use records for compliance.• Track AI security reviews, risk treatments, and approval evidence before deployment or expansion.• Conduct compliance checks for AI platforms, models, APIs, tools, and third-party services.• Review monitoring outputs for unauthorized use, security events, and control failures.• Triage AI security alerts and escalate issues to leadership or appropriate control owners.• Support incident response activities, including root cause analysis of control gaps.• Maintain compliance monitoring documentation, operational metrics, and reporting materials for audits.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance gaps and confirm remediation.• Document operational activities, findings, and supporting evidence for audit and compliance purposes.• Provide frontline support for AI security governance processes, controls, and related inquiries.Requirements• High school diploma or GED required.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, governance operations, risk management, or compliance monitoring.• At least 2 years of experience documenting operational activities and incident findings for audit or compliance purposes.• Minimum of 1 year of experience with AI governance, security monitoring, access controls, incident response, and change management.• At least 1 year of experience reviewing control evidence, logs, alerts, telemetry, and exception documentation.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Salary range: $72,800–$130,000 annually based on full-time employment.• Compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
