Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 3 Support professional to join our team as a Tier 3 IT Architect Systems Administrator II for Integrated Network Services. This hybrid position, based in Raleigh, NC, offers the opportunity to engage in intricate network, server, and datacenter support for both DPS and DAC.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert support and resolution for complex issues related to MS Windows systems, software, network hardware, and various applications.Serve as a primary resource for resolving high-complexity problems, leveraging extensive knowledge of Endpoint security tools, operating systems, and networking.Lead projects that require oversight of team members, managing timelines, resources, and personnel effectively.Collaborate with technical support and customer personnel to address and troubleshoot intricate technical issues.Support and manage MS Windows systems and software within the Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit, including planning, installation, configuration, scripting, and patching.Required SkillsSignificant expertise in MS Windows systems and software.Proficiency in network hardware and scripting.Strong understanding of Endpoint security tools and applications.Experience in infrastructure configuration management and remote endpoint management.Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.QualificationsPrior experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar capacity.Proven track record in IT architecture and systems administration.Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Career Growth OpportunitiesThis role not only allows you to demonstrate your technical expertise but also provides avenues for professional development and advancement within the organization.
