Director of Housekeeping

Glass Casa Vacations is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping operations and elevate the guest experience across our vacation homes. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in hospitality, values high standards, and knows how to motivate teams while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every home is spotless, guest-ready, and exceeds owner and guest expectations. What You’ll Do As Director of Housekeeping, you will: Oversee daily housekeeping operations for vacation rental properties Lead, train, and support housekeeping inspectors and cleaning teams Ensure all homes meet Glass Casa’s cleanliness and quality standards Manage pre-arrival and post-departure inspections Coordinate closely with: Maintenance teams to address repairs or concerns Guest Concierge to place specialty items or welcome amenities Operations leadership to improve efficiency and quality Monitor and manage linen, supply, and amenity inventory Track damages, missing items, and replacement needs Communicate regularly with contracted cleaning vendors Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and team development What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple properties Comfortable using tablets/computers (provided) Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Professional, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure Strong communication and follow-through skills Why You’ll Love Working Here * Competitive pay * Benefits available after 60 days * Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment * A growing company with long-term career opportunities * Work in beautiful vacation destinations Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Glass Casa Vacations is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
