IPTV, New Business Development Director

CRI’s Sports and Entertainment team provides services that enhance the fan’s game day experience. Services of focus include IPTV Integration, Hardware Solutioning, Food and Beverage strategy and content creation. The CRI Sports and Entertainment team is an exciting and fast growing vertical for Creative Realities. Our approach to our S&E customer provide a full end to end solution from strategy to on-going services and support.The PositionWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an IPTV, New Business Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IPTV solutions to new potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and entertainment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for IPTV solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the markets.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Assist in the managing of RFP registration and submission for IPTV projects.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend tailored IPTV solutions.Present and demonstrate IPTV solutions to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure new business.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position our IPTV solutions effectively.Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and addressing service inquiries.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Ability to travel 30% of the month. Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.Experience selling telecommunications, technology, or entertainment services preferred.Strong understanding of IPTV technology, including streaming protocols, content delivery networks, and video encoding.Extensive working knowledge of the following platforms:Triple Play/UniguestVitec Cisco VisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Core Values The ideal candidate represents these six core values:Passionate:We are a group of passionate people.
