Finisher

Summary:The Finisher is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinets to achieve high-quality, durable, and visually consistent results.Hours: Tuesday - Friday 6am - 4:30pmPay: $24 - $25 / hourEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfectionsApply primers, paints, stains, and sealers using spray equipment or hand toolsMatch colors, stains, and finishes to specifications or customer requirementsInspect surfaces between coats and perform touch-ups as neededMaintain spray booths, tools, and finishing equipmentFollow proper drying, curing, and handling proceduresFollow safety guidelines for handling chemicals, paints, and equipmentKeep work area clean and organizedEducation and Experience:Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; orCabinetry painting experience Industrial spray finishing experience Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The U.S. pay range for this position is $24 - $25 USD hourly.
