Operations Manager

Veriant Solutions is actively seeking a manager of collections for our top client in Denver, CO. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can manage high-performing teams and optimize the recovery and claims process.What You’ll Do:Wreck the Roadmap: Audit our current strategies and cut what isn't working, then bring new processes that will improve claims recovery.Recommend and implement process improvementsUse metrics to analyze team performance, and develop and maintain KPI’s for organizational growthCreate and implement strategies to improve client satisfactionLead a team of high performers who are ready to move at light speed.Navigate our organization with an entrepreneurial spirit, by identifying bottlenecks and bypassing them.Verify operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and promptly escalate risks, incidents, or compliance issues to senior leadership directorWhat You Bring:Experience with compliance and risk managementA bold personality with natural leadership skillsForward looking, critical thinking skills with an ability to identify potential issues ahead of time and collaborate with colleaguesPrecise organization and planning skillsMaintain a professional image when representing the company with high levels of integrityBattle-Tested: You have the scars from previous bold moves and you learned more from the failures than the wins.Ownership: You crave the pressure of being the person the buck stops with.What We Offer:Compensation: $150 - 200K overall package.Benefits: Medical, dental, and visionPaid Time Off and holiday pay401K, with company match after 12 months
