The Caliber team offers a full range of soft and hard facility management services (Landscaping, Snow Removal, Property Enhancements, Project Management, Lot Services and Stormwater Management) that aid in providing safe and attractive facilities.With over 100 years of industry experience collectively, our team of subject matter experts is committed to effective performance and successful partnerships with asset, property and facility managers as well as real estate investment trusts.We take tremendous pride in helping solve, support, and maximize the true potential of each property. Our workforce includes more than one hundred and fifty team members and over one thousand service partners.Job DescriptionOversee resolution of Tactical Sourcing Requests by SPARCs (Sourcing Specialists)Verify direct reports are completing Sourcing Requests to expectation with regard to productivity, quality, vetting, and financial parametersPartner with Account Teams to determine what may be driving spikes in tactical requests, and do root cause analysis and remediationDevelop personnel and coach up or out as needed to hit department goalsAudit processes and data for accuracy and adherence to departmental processesStrategic Sourcing – seasonal rollouts and new businessAttend kickoff meetings and progress meetingsManage team to hit daily, weekly, monthly goalsRedeploy resources as needed and appropriatePartner with other departments when making selections for targeted projects (ie Finance for Margin Improvement, BD for Pipeline, Account Operations for Quality, etc.)Partner with Director, Procurement on developing reporting that supports the businessFinancial Health and Service Provider PerformancePartner with Director, Procurement and leaders across Leo to maintain the financial health of accounts and drive up service provider performanceHelp implement and develop the program of qualified service provider rewards based on hitting and holding performance and compliance metricsContinuous ImprovementWorking with Director, Procurement, as well as Leo Tech and other internal stakeholders, identify, develop, and implement process improvements and conduct change leadership as neededJob Requirements2 to 5 years of experience in planned services procurementOur trades and commodities can be taught - strong candidates should have a mix of people management, supply chain, and P&L experience. Facilities experience is a plus.In person work based in Exton, PA. Our current schedule is M-Th in-office and Fri remote.
