Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Seeking an experienced full-time Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join our growing Hospitalist team in Peoria, Illinois. Full time dayshift opportunity working a 7on/7off schedule with hours 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. APP team collaborates with Hospitalist physicians to care for inpatients with a focus on admission support. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Holiday shifts required during shift weeks up to half the legal holidays per year. Shift differential for nights, weekends, and holidays. 2 locations - 210-bed that has been providing care for the Peoria community for over 60 years & 95-bed medical center that has been providing superior healthcare to the residents of Pekin and surrounding communities since 191 Requirements: Physician Assistant or Master s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) 1-year Inpatient experience preferred Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour Health/dental/life insurance 403-B plan with employer match LTD Relocation allowance CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage The Community: Living in Peoria offers a great mix of urban amenities and a welcoming, mid-sized city atmosphere.
